1. Copy the email exactly as shown in your Z2U delivery. Check for typing mistakes and spaces before or after it.
2. Copy the password exactly. It is case-sensitive; remove any accidental spaces before or after it.
3. Select Log in, not Sign up. Do not create a new account with the delivered email.

An email verification code means you are in the new-account registration flow. Go back, select Log in and use the delivered email and password. The six-digit VXN code is only for the One-time code screen after the correct login details have been accepted.

Email verification code ≠ VXN 2FA code.

Paste the 2FA setup key from your Z2U delivery into VXN Authenticator and select Create code. Enter the generated six-digit number only in ChatGPT’s One-time code field. The code refreshes automatically.

You can use Codex with this account. You need your own phone number for verification; a phone number is not included.

Yes. Sign in to the same account on your computer, phone or tablet using a supported browser or the official ChatGPT app. Device, app and regional requirements still apply. The account is for your own use.
